The details of how we do things
From the time of order your artwork will be printed and framed within 4 business days and then immediately despatched by express courier (typically FedEx). If you are in the UK, European Union, USA or Australia then the artwork will normally arrive the next business day.
Your artwork will be printed and framed at the location nearest to you. We have production facilities in the UK, Netherlands, USA and Australia. It will then be shipped to you by express courier (typically FedEx). We can ship to anywhere in the world covered by FedEx.
We are based in the UK, where the main production facility is based, but we also produce artworks to order at 3 state-of-the-art factories: in the Netherlands, USA and Australia. Your artwork will be sent from the nearest production facility to you.
All facilities are ISO 9001 certified, to assure you of the quality control in place.
The whole wood frames used are only manufactured from certified sustainable sources.
